Executive Chef

We are seeking an Executive Chef who, first and foremost, will embrace and champion our mission. A leader who has demonstrated experience in being creative and innovative, possess significant supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high production kitchen, has successfully developed menus that entail cooking meals from scratch, and possess the ability to lead and motivate a growing team of dedicated staff.

The successful candidate will have management responsibility for the production kitchen and all related functions including developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, developing and pricing menus, overseeing daily production consistency and quality, and managing procurement and inventory. This position must also be comfortable and willing to fully integrate culinary training into the production kitchen.

Join our team as a full-time delivery driver and enjoy solid pay and great benefits. Drivers will deliver breakfast, lunch, dinners, and snacks to specific locations, including Northwest and Southeast Head Start sites and ensuring that meals are delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivery of meals in a timely and safe manner, and cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Working closely with cook and business manager to maintain an orderly work environment, timely delivery of food to customers, and a quality product.
  • Working closely with the business manager to ensure that appropriate maintenance is made to vehicle.
  • Maintaining driving log.
  • Maintaining necessary licensing
  • Attending and participating fully in all required staff meetings
